Yee Leng T.
Yee Leng is a two-time cancer survivor. After being diagnosed at age 24, she began her quest to discover the mind-body-spirit connection. Her very first yoga class was in 2005 that eventually brought her to Frog Pond Yoga Centre in Princeton where she received her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2011.
Shannon W.
A veteran educator of 14+ years, Shannon began her personal yoga and mindfulness practice as a way to address and alleviate the physical and mental stress of teaching.
Jessica W.
Jessica began practicing yoga many moons ago. While working in a prison environment, where she began her career at young age, she sought out positive and supportive ways to let go of the everyday challenges and stressors that came with her job. Yoga became the heart of her pursuit to create a healthy lifestyle.

Jessica is a yoga & spin instructor / school psychologist in training! She is passionate in her advocacy for mental wellness and mindfulness and has been teaching yoga in studios & classrooms for over a decade.
Therese L.
Therese has been teaching yoga since 2001 and learned from many inspiring instructors, including David Swanson, Desiree Rumbaugh, Anna Forrest, Schuyler Grant, Rolf Gates, and Baron Baptiste. Their influence has shaped her practice and teaching.
Raquel Deluca
Raquel, RYT 200, trained in Bali and teaches everything from hot power flows to Baby & Me classes. As a mom and yogi, she inspires balance between strength and softness, on and off the mat.
Jennifer T
Jen, a lifelong dancer and public-school teacher of over 20 years, discovered yoga in college and was drawn to the way vinyasa flows like a dance. Now completing her 200-hour teacher training, she is excited to share the peace, grounding, and joy that yoga has brought to her life.
