200-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
JanuaryβOctober 2027
Deepen your practice. Expand your knowledge. Find your voice.
Your Journey Starts Here
Whether your goal is to become a certified yoga teacher or simply deepen your personal practice, our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training offers a supportive, inspiring, and transformational experience.
As a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 200), our curriculum meets Yoga Alliance standards while providing a comprehensive foundation in both the practice and teaching of yoga. Throughout the training, you'll develop the knowledge and confidence to teach while deepening your own practice through self-reflection, community, and personal growth.
Our training is intentionally spread over 10 months, giving you time between training weekends to absorb what you're learning, put it into practice, reflect, and truly integrate it along the way.
You don't have to know that you want to teach to know that you want to learn more. YTT can be just as meaningful for someone looking to deepen their personal practice as it is for someone who dreams of becoming a yoga teacher.

More Than Classroom Instruction
Your 200-hour training includes much more than our weekends together. In addition to 120 hours of in-person training, trainees will complete observation hours, practice teaching, practicum hours, assigned reading, home study, journaling, and other independent coursework designed to build confidence, deepen understanding, and prepare graduates to teach with knowledge and integrity.
Learn From an Experienced Faculty
Our training brings together an experienced team of instructors and facilitators, including Jessica Wyson, Jessica Palermo, Dr. Jenna Mooney (chiropractor and experienced yoga teacher), Emily Grigos, and other knowledgeable teachers throughout the program. Each brings their own areas of expertise and perspective, giving trainees the opportunity to learn from a variety of voices and teaching styles.
