Join chiropractor and seasoned yoga instructor Dr. Jenna Mooney for a transformative 2-day workshop designed to deepen your understanding of healthy alignment in your yoga practice.
With Jenna’s expert guidance, you’ll explore mindful movement, hands-on support, and practical techniques that will help you build stronger body awareness, move with greater safety, and feel more confident on your mat.
This workshop is ideal for practitioners of all levels who want to refine their form, prevent injury, and enhance their overall experience in yoga. Jenna’s unique blend of chiropractic knowledge and yoga expertise ensures an educational, empowering, and supportive environment.

6-Week Beginner Series
6-Week Beginner Yoga Series
Seasonally held - stay tuned for Fall 2025! This 6-week course at our Westminster studio is for those new to yoga who want to lower stress, improve flexibility, build strength, and practice mindfulness without feeling overwhelmed. Led by instructor Yee Leng, the series focuses on adjusting yoga poses to suit your body. You will be part of a supportive community of beginners, encouraging personal growth. We supply yoga mats and props, but you can bring your own mat if you prefer. Remember to bring a water bottle and a willingness to learn.
Classes are held for 6 consecutive weekends.

Partner Yoga
Partner Yoga
Held sporadically throughout the year - stay tuned for the next session! This partner event led by Jenna Mooney, creates connection and joy among participants. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to experienced yogis.Bring a partner—friend, family member, or significant other—to enjoy yoga poses together. This event is perfect for mothers and daughters, friends, and couples looking to strengthen their bond. Expect laughter, learning, and meaningful interactions in our supportive environment.

Experience the basics of Hatha yoga with a vinyasa style linking poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.

Pilates is an exercise system that helps to build strength and flexibility in the body by emphasizing the use of one’s core. Lengthening from a strong center helps to develop toned muscles without bulk. Originally developed as a rehabilitative system, important principles within Pilates help to improve overall physical health, including posture and joint health, and it promotes mindful well being and positive body awareness.

For these sessions the room is heated between 90-100 degrees keeping your muscles and connective tissue warm, limber and strong.

Come sculpt, tone, and align your entire body while you move to music and have fun! Barre is rooted in Pilates, Yoga and Dance, but the moves require more strength and stamina than innate grace, so even if you have two left feet, you’ll be able to follow along. No tutus required….wear comfortable workout clothes and expect to go barefoot. Moves are designed to create longer stronger muscles, firmer bottom, toned core….all while improving flexibility and posture.

Baby & Me Yoga is a gentle yoga class designed to help new moms regain muscle tone, abdominal strength and flexibility; while cultivating a peaceful, loving connection with their baby, themselves and others.
Moms should have exercise clearance from their care-provider, and babies should be non-crawling.
These Baby and Me classes are perfect for everyone who wants to bring the practice of yoga and body awareness into the experience of parenthood.
Dads are welcome also! -
This laid back 45 minute class for ages 0-5 with their parents or caregiver brings all things yoga, wellness, play and parenthood all in one place.
