About Erin
Erin is a 200-hour trauma-informed yoga instructor who began practicing yoga five years ago to manage stress and anxiety in her own life. Two years into her journey, she felt called to deepen her practice and learn how to share these tools with others.
She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through MyVinyasa Practice in 2024, and became certified as a Holy Fire Reiki I and II Practitioner in 2023.
Erinβs goal as a teacher is to help students connect with their inner depth, encouraging mental healing and offering relief from the chaos of daily life. With a passion for the mind-body connection, she loves educating others about the physiology of the brain.
Outside the studio, Erin works full-time as a registered nurse in a behavioral health hospital, specializing in child and adolescent behavioral health. She is currently pursuing credentials to become a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, with the long-term goal of offering pharmacological, non-pharmacological, psychosomatic, and holistic behavioral health services to her clients.
