About Erin
Erin is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), a certified Human Reformer Pilates instructor, Barre instructor, and Holy Fire Reiki I & II Practitioner. Although she has a special love for hot yoga and barre. Erin believes movement can be a powerful tool for both physical and emotional well-being.
As an instructor, Erin strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where students can reconnect with themselves, quiet the demands of daily life, and explore healing through mindful movement and breath. Her teaching is grounded in compassion, education, and a genuine desire to help others feel empowered in their wellness journey.
Outside of teaching, Erin is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who provides trauma-informed care to individuals across the lifespan. With a deep passion for the mind-body connection, she is dedicated to helping others cultivate healing, resilience, and self-awareness through both evidence-based and holistic approaches.
