About Jennifer
Jen’s journey to yoga began through movement and has deepened into mindfulness. A lifelong dancer and former dance teacher, she was first introduced to yoga in college. Over the years, while exploring different forms of exercise, she found herself continually drawn back to yoga – especially the way vinyasa flows like a dance. As adult life brought new challenges, yoga offered her both peace and grounding through asana and meditation.
A public-school teacher for over 20 years, Jen now weaves together her two passions – teaching and yoga – with warmth, clarity, and intention. Having completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Frog Pond Yoga in Princeton, she brings authenticity, heart, and a deep appreciation for mindful movement to every class she leads.
