About Rhonda

Rhonda Hamer brings a wealth of experience and care to her teaching, with a deep focus on supporting strength, balance, and healthy movement at every stage of life. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist with experience in seven SilverSneakers formats, and she specializes in osteoporosis fitness, balance training, posture, and corrective exercise.

Rhonda is also a Certified Health Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach, and a RYT 200 Yoga Instructor. Her holistic approach weaves together mindful movement, functional strength, and practical wellness tools to help students feel more confident, stable, and supported in their bodies. Rhonda is passionate about meeting people where they are and creating accessible, empowering practices that promote long-term health, safety, and independence.
