About Jess
Jess (or Jessie) found her way to yoga as a powerful tool for restoring the nervous system and gently releasing stored stress. Her approach to teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga supports not only physical strength and mobility, but also mental clarity and emotional well-being.
A professional landscape architect and proud self-described “plant weirdo,” Jess draws deep inspiration from the natural world. Time spent hiking, camping, and observing the rhythms of the Earth and its creatures strongly influences how she moves, teaches, and holds space. Her classes often invite students to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with a sense of belonging — both within themselves and in the present moment.
Jess embraces the uniqueness of each day’s practice, offering thoughtful, grounded guidance that meets students where they are.
She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Frog Pond Yoga Centre in Princeton, MA.
