We’re thrilled to officially open enrollment for our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, starting January 2026 at our Westminster studio. This 10-month program has been thoughtfully designed with an incredible team of experienced, compassionate trainers who bring real-world knowledge, wisdom, and heart to every session. It’s a journey of growth, connection, and transformation that we’re so excited to share.
Half of the spots have already been claimed by our Early Bird group, and we’re keeping the training small by design to support a close, connected learning environment.

Training Schedule
Training weekends are held on the second weekend of each month from January through October 2026. Sessions meet Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00–6:00 PM.

May 2–3 (adjusted due to Mother’s Day)

A detailed training calendar, suggested readings, and practicum guidelines will be shared before the program begins.
Tuition & Payment Options
Full Program:
$3,200 (Payment Plan)
• $500 non-refundable deposit due upon registration
• Remaining $2,700 split into 10 monthly payments of $270 beginning January 9, 2026
Pay in Full Discount:
$2,950
• $500 non-refundable deposit due upon registration
• Remaining $2,450 due by January 9, 2026 - day prior to training start
Deposit Policy:
A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your space and is applied toward tuition. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refund Policy:
Once the program begins, all tuition payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. In emergency situations, deferment to future training may be considered at Zen Yoga & Wellness’s discretion.
Attendance Expectations
Attendance at all in-person sessions is expected to meet certification requirements. We understand that life happens, so in cases of illness or emergencies, absences may be reviewed individually. Missed hours must be made up to remain eligible for certification, and makeup fees may apply.
