This month brings a mix of new offerings, returning favorites, and opportunities to connect a little more deeply—whether that’s through a workshop, a series, or simply showing up for your regular practice.

From our new Pilates Small Group Intensive Series to community-centered offerings like Family Yoga Night and our FREE Community Classes at Orchard Hills, there’s something here for everyone. We’re also excited to offer a range of workshops this month—from pelvic floor and alignment to breathwork, meditation, and more.

If you’ve been thinking about trying something new or getting back into a rhythm, this is a beautiful time to begin (or begin again).
