Outdoor Family Yoga Night
Family Fun Awaits!

The transition into a new school year can be a whirlwind of early mornings, packed schedules, and big emotions-for kids and grown-ups alike. "Back to Balance" is a special family yoga night designed to help everyone slow down, reconnect, and find a sense of calm amidst the back-to-school rush.
Through a playful yet grounding yoga practice, families will move together in ways that release tension, ease anxiety, and build emotional resilience. We'll explore:
• Grounding poses to shake off back-to-school jitters
• Breathwork techniques to support focus, calm, and self-regulation
• Partner and group poses to deepen connection and encourage teamwork
• Reflection and intention setting to plant seeds of kindness, courage, and patience for the year ahead
• A peaceful guided relaxation to close the evening with clarity and calm

Meet Shannon, Family Yoga Instructor
Many of you have already experienced Shannon’s vibrant energy and compassionate teaching—whether in her Monday evening Gentle class, as a recent sub, or through our after-school Kids Yoga program!
We’re excited to announce that starting in May, Miss Shannon will be leading our Family Yoga sessions.
With a strong foundation in yoga and a heartfelt passion for sharing it with all ages, Shannon creates a space that’s playful, supportive, and meaningful. Her classes help children grow physically, emotionally, and socially—all while having fun and connecting as a family.
